About Emily

I was born and raised in Montana. I moved to Flagstaff in 2017 to pursue physical therapy but fell in love with massage along the way. I graduated massage school from Arizona School of Integrative and have been in love with my career choice. I get to help my clients feel optimally in their bodies so they can feel free doing the things they love. I believe when we arrive at a place of awareness in our own body, we can be present to experience life more fully.

I attended a weeklong intensive dissection course in Boulder, Colorado with Tom Myers and studied the muscular and facial systems up close. My specialties include deep tissue, Swedish, connective tissue, injury/rehab and sports massage. My clientele ranges from professional athletes and Olympians to the weekend warrior or clients who are simply seeking stress relief through therapeutic bodywork. I believe massage can help mental and emotional health just as much as it benefits the physical body. My knowledge of anatomy, and athletic training has helped shape my style of massage and my approach.

In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors, functional fitness, and I have a strong passion for music. I love exploring new places and spending time on the rivers of Montana.
